Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Here's exactly how Peachy handles your data.

Peachy ("we", "our", or "the app") is an ADHD-friendly cleaning companion available on iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and what we deliberately do not collect.

No Account Required

Peachy works without a name, email, or phone number. We identify your device with a random, device-local ID so subscriptions and progress survive reinstalls — no personal account or login.

Photo Processing

Peachy only uses the camera for photos you choose to take. That covers scanning a messy space, and the optional "before" and "after" photos you can add to any cleaning session — a scan, a Race the Clock sprint, or a Spin the Wheel task.

  • The photo is sent to our servers. For a scan, this is what generates a list of micro-tasks tailored to what's in the scene. For before and after photos, it is so we can see how well the app is actually helping.
  • We retain the photo to help improve the app.
  • The photo is linked only to the random device-local ID described above — never to your name, email, or other personal information.
  • You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@visualstack.ai.

Local Data

The following data is stored on your device only, and never uploaded to our servers:

  • Your before/after photo gallery. The gallery itself — which photos you keep, how they are grouped, and the ability to browse them — lives only on your device. Copies of the individual photos are held on our servers as described under Photo Processing above.
  • Cleaning sessions and the state of each task (done / not done)
  • Any tags you create (Kitchen, Desk, etc.)
  • App preferences and onboarding state

This data is deleted when you uninstall Peachy. Device backups (iCloud Backup) include Peachy's data if you have backups enabled — check your iOS settings if you want to exclude it.

Anonymous Analytics

Peachy uses PostHog for anonymous product analytics. A random, device-local identifier is used — there is no name, email, or other personal information tied to it. Analytics help us understand which features are used and where the app is getting stuck, so we can improve it. We do not sell analytics data to third parties.

Subscriptions

Peachy Kleen subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat on our behalf. RevenueCat receives a random subscriber ID (the same device-local identifier used for analytics) and purchase metadata — no personal information.

  • Apple / App Store handles payment, billing, and receipt validation in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.
  • RevenueCat (subject to RevenueCat's privacy policy) tracks subscription status so the app knows whether your subscription is active across reinstalls and devices. RevenueCat also collects an Apple Search Ads attribution token (via Apple's AdServices framework) to measure whether paid campaigns led to a subscription — no personal information is included in this token.

We do not receive your name, email, payment details, or Apple ID.

Refund requests. If you ask Apple for a refund, Apple may ask for information about your use of the subscription so it can make a decision. With your consent — given by accepting our Terms of Service when you subscribe — we, or a service provider acting on our behalf, may share: whether the subscription was delivered and working, how much of the subscription period you have used, how long you have been a customer, and totals of what you have paid for Peachy and been refunded. Your photos, your cleaning tasks, and anything you have typed are never included, and nothing is shared unless you request a refund.

Ad Measurement

Peachy runs paid acquisition campaigns on Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) so that people who'd benefit from the app can find it. To measure whether those campaigns work, the app includes attribution SDKs that report a small set of event signals — install, onboarding completion, first scan, trial start, and subscription — back to the ad networks. We don't send your name, email, photos, scan content, or other personal information.

  • Apple Search Ads uses Apple's privacy-preserving AdServices framework and SKAdNetwork. No advertising identifier is shared.
  • TikTok Business SDK reports the same event signals to TikTok for ad measurement and SKAdNetwork postbacks.
  • Meta SDK (FBSDKCoreKit and FBAEMKit) reports the same event signals to Meta for ad measurement and Aggregated Event Measurement. We do not use Facebook Login or any Facebook social features.

On first launch the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you allow it, your device advertising identifier (IDFA) is included in event reports so that ad networks can match installs to ads more accurately. If you decline, only privacy-preserving aggregated signals (Apple SKAdNetwork, Meta AEM) are sent — no advertising identifier is included.

What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not require an account, email, or phone number.
  • We do not track your location.
  • We do not access your Photos library (Peachy only uses the camera for photos you choose to take).
  • We do not display ads within the app. We do not sell your data.

Children's Privacy

Peachy is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children. All identifiers are random device-local IDs with no personal data attached. We recommend parental guidance for users under 13.

Your Rights

Your on-device gallery and sessions are under your direct control — uninstalling the app removes them. You can revoke camera access at any time in Settings → Peachy → Camera.

For server-side data (your photos, generated task lists, subscription state), email hello@visualstack.ai from any device and we'll work with you to identify and remove the associated records within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Compliance

Peachy is designed to comply with privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA. Server-side data (your photos, generated task lists, subscription state) is keyed only to a random device-local identifier — no name, email, address, or other directly identifying information is collected. Data deletion requests can be sent to hello@visualstack.ai.
