These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Peachy ("we", "our", or "the app"), available on iOS. By using Peachy, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
AI-Generated Suggestions
Peachy uses AI to look at a photo of your space and generate a list of suggested cleaning tasks. These suggestions are automatically generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific space, belongings, or circumstances. Peachy does not know what your floors are made of, what your cleaning products contain, or what's fragile, valuable, or hazardous in your home.
You decide whether, and how, to follow any suggestion. Use your own judgment, use appropriate tools and equipment, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for your own cleaning products, appliances, and fixtures.
No Professional, Medical, or Therapeutic Advice
Peachy is a cleaning companion app, not a medical device or health service. Nothing in the app — including any ADHD-related framing or messaging — is medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and Peachy does not diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition. If you have questions about ADHD or any other health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peachy and VisualStack are not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or other loss arising from following, misapplying, or disregarding a suggestion generated by the app. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, safety, or suitability of its suggestions for your particular situation.
Photos You Take
Peachy lets you photograph a space to get cleaning suggestions, and to keep optional "before" and "after" shots of a cleaning session. You keep ownership of every photo you take.
By taking a photo in the app, you give us permission to upload, store, and process it so we can provide the feature you asked for and improve how well Peachy works. Photos are tied only to a random device-local ID, never to your name or email. We do not sell them, and we do not use them in advertising or marketing without asking you first.
Only photograph things you are entitled to photograph, and please avoid capturing other people, documents, or anything you would not want stored. You can ask us to delete your photos at any time by emailing hello@visualstack.ai. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Subscriptions and Refunds
Peachy Kleen is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, not by us. When you ask Apple for a refund, Apple may ask for information about your use of the subscription so it can decide. If you request a refund, you agree that we, or a service provider acting on our behalf, may share that information with Apple for the sole purpose of processing your request. What may be shared is limited to the subscription itself: whether it was delivered and working, how much of the period you have used, how long you have been a customer, and totals of what you have paid for Peachy and been refunded. We do not share your photos, your cleaning tasks, or any free-text you have written — those are never sent to Apple.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Peachy after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
