I just opened Peachy and it's asking me to subscribe — is that right?
Yes. Peachy uses a hard paywall: the app is free to download, but core scanning and micro-step generation require an active Peachy Kleen subscription. New subscribers on the weekly plan get a 3-day free trial.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone and choose Peachy to manage or cancel. Cancelling during the free trial means you won't be charged.
Peachy says it can't access my camera
Open Settings → Peachy → Camera and toggle it on. Peachy needs the camera to scan your space — we don't use it for anything else and we don't store photos on our servers.
The scan didn't produce tasks I expected
Lighting matters. Try again with the space well-lit and the messy area clearly in frame. If tasks still feel off, you can always ignore any step and do your own — Peachy is a companion, not a boss.
Where are my before/after photos stored?
On your device only. Deleting Peachy deletes the gallery. Device backups (iCloud Backup) include Peachy's data if you have backups enabled.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall Peachy. All local data — tags, sessions, gallery — is removed with the app. There are no server-side user accounts to delete.
